Shipping Policy for Vikingtreat Ltd

At Vikingtreat, we are dedicated to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. Vikingtreat is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided during checkout. Refunds or address changes cannot be accommodated for such errors. Shipping Responsibility

Vikingtreat ensures that all orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. However, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. To ensure safe receipt of your order, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

 

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after being placed.
  • Once processed, orders are shipped the following business day.
  • Please note that orders are processed between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United Kingdom 1-3 Business Days
  • EU 5-10 Business Days
  • United States & Rest of World: 15-25 Business Days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or unforeseen delays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

Important Shipping Information

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may exceed the typical 2-3 business days. If this occurs, we will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking updates.
  • Insured Shipping & Handling provides extra protection for your package in case of transit issues but does not expedite the shipping process.

Multiple Shipments

In some instances, your order may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.

 

Taxes & Duties Policy

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon arrival. Vikingtreat does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for covering them. As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required to clear your package.

  • If you refuse a shipment due to duty or tax fees, you will be responsible for additional return shipping costs.
